Case Management

Free and confidential support services with trained advocates.

Life can feel overwhelming after sexual assault. There are often several challenges in the aftermath of trauma that makes navigating the resources you need to recover difficult. Case managers act as a steady point of contact to help survivors create a plan for stability and empowerment.

Through case management services, case managers will help you link with community resources to ensure you are receiving the care services you need. They work alongside you to identify your goals, advocate for your needs, and remove barriers that may stand in the way of healing. The goal of case management is to empower you to regain a sense of stability in your everyday life.

The assistance you receive from case management services can vary and change depending on your needs. When you meet with the case manager, you can discuss with them about the stabilizing goals you would like to work towards.

Some of the services case managers can help you with include:

  • Referral to job services

  • Household budgeting

  • Planning and setting practical, non-therapeutic goals

  • Connection to food pantries, utility assistance, and housing programs

  • Coordination of transportation for post-sexual assault care

  • Referral to appropriate services and organizations for needs outside of sexual assault (mental health, substance use, etc.)

Case managers walk beside you, offering guidance, advocacy, and support as you reclaim stability and strength. They help turn overwhelming challenges into manageable steps while empowering you to move forward with confidence.
