The Case Manager often serves as the first contact with survivors of sexual violence and others impacted by sexual violence. It is crucial to the role that this person is trauma-informed, highly compassionate for survivors and the mission of SRC, and is a dedicated team player for the organization. In addition, this individual is expected to participate in community wide initiatives and contribute in a meaningful capacity to those causes.
